This one was fun to play around with!! The challenge at the Weekly Photoshop Challenge blog was to take a photo and using the liquify filter, make a comic character!
My Henry kitty was my victim this week. I played first with the filter. Making his eyes huge (even bigger than they really are!) I also twirled his whiskers and gave him some "curly" fur. I added some different markings with this filter as well. His ears look a bit more like bunny ears than kitty ears.
I thought he looked pretty comical, but decided he needed to be decked out more. Now, you have to understand... Henry is probably the only gay kitty around. His favorite thing in the world is his feather boa. And, no, not to play with... to WEAR! I wish I had a picture of him in it... He will sit there in his "china cat" pose, all wrapped in his boa - looking for all the world like a drag queen! So, I figured it was only appropriate that I give Henry some "bling".
I added a tiara, pendant, and earrings to complete the comic look of Henry! Pretty funny, if you ask me! (and no one asked, but I'm telling you anyway!) The original look of Hen is below!

:) Thanks guys! I had fun playing with this! My BF wasn't as amused as I was - he thought it was just a bit too weird! Playing with Photoshop is SOO fun and I truly have learned so many tricks that I'm using everyday at work too!!

Hahaha!! Henry is SO not a manly man kitty! He is a big baby - he's got this funny little squeak of a meow and he looks lost about 90% of the time.
He is possibly the sweetest cat ever though!
