An artist in Black and White:
I took this using the color accent feature on my camera. It picked up on the glow from my lamp. (I also used Photoshop to add the texture and lines.) The art hanging on the wall is mine. Below are works received from friends, and some blue glass vases of my mom's.

Thanks guys! I named it that because I need to affirm that to myself. I AM an artist. The more I say it and put it out there, the better!!
I had fun with this - it was a quick photo that turned out great!
And until I looked again, I couldn't figure out the braids comment! It does look like I have braids! My hair isn't actually long enough - I have a scarf wrapped around my neck and my hair is tucked in it... :)
