Isn't autumn wonderful? I would pick that for "season" too, I love cooking up a storm while it's cold outside.

Tammy, we had the pumpkin pie last night and it was so heavenly! I've never liked pumpkin pie EVER and this one was so light and airy it melted in my mouth. I highly recommend that recipe, you can make it with canned pumpkin, in fact, she recommends it. I made it all in a food processor which I think made the whipped cream get all light and fluffy, so good! Thanks for the comment on me perhaps writing a book, I've been thinking about it and may do it thanks to your encouragement.
Yummy!! I've printed off the recipe - I think I may try it for Christmas! Mike and I will be home, just the two of us that day I think!! :)
I hope you do consider writing a book - your words are so eloquent and quite moving!
